Returns and refunds

Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our products.

Print products

New and undamaged print products can be returned for refund within 60 days of the original purchase of the product. Contact us at service@musebooks.world to obtain a Return Merchandise Number and return address for you to ship the product back to us.


Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Musebooks.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at service@musebooks.world.

Sale items

Sale items are final purchase cannot be refunded. Only regularly price items can be refunded.
